CONTENTION BETWEEN THE ''god of soccer'' AND THE CHURCH

 ANOTHER EFFECTIVE MIND CONTROL

  One force that is seriously in contention for the soul of the majority of the young people and some of the adult is the ''god of sooccer''. Some one has rightly put it, ''football is a religion.'' It is indeed a religion with it's doctrines and believes,with massive followers who are ready to worship and die for it course.Laying credence to this is the daily springing up of football betting businesses with massive participation of the young folks including men and women.I learnt the statue of one particular footballer were being worshipped at a particular time in a country.

  Any Christian gathering that is not ''Holy Ghost centered'',may not get reasonable turnout if the time of that meeting clashes with any major football competition. I've heard about many followers who fought to defend it,and many who died in their mission to support their own when they are under threat.This is another mind control and a serious diversion.
To the wise hearted,if you do the investgation you will discover more than what is written here.

ANYTHING YOU LOVE MORE THAN GOD,WHICH CAN ALSO REPLACE HIM AT ANY TIME IN YOUR LIFE IS YOUR IDOL.

  If you are under this spell,it is time to seek freedom. Your freedom can only be found in Christ Jesus.Switch your allegiance to the Lord God Almighty and be ready to love Him with the whole of your heart.

 This is the time to rise up and be offensive in our warfare against the ''god of soccer'' to release many a heart under captivity.Holy Ghost centered evangelism will be needed at this time.

THE PLACE OF THE HOLY GHOST

  It will take men and women who are genuinely born again,sanctified and are completely immersed by Holy Ghost baptism to do this.People who have buried their hands in the plough and are completely sold out to the Lord.
It is time to tarry more for the promise power,it is time to wait for the enduement,for infilling and refilling.Old fire may not do at this time,you need a fresh fire/power to release many held under captivity to the ''god of soccer''.

Our bane will be to have a congregation of ''believers'' who have not known the Holy Ghost,nor thirst,hungry or have a desire for Him.
